LandscapeLook provides AI-powered landscape visualization services. Users can upload photographs of outdoor spaces and receive AI-generated mockups showing potential landscape designs. The Service operates on a credit-based system where each rendering consumes one credit.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased through our platform and are non-refundable except as required by law. Credits do not expire. If an AI generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credit will be automatically refunded to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute generated content without proper rights

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photographs you upload. AI-generated mockups are provided for your use in presenting landscape design concepts to clients. You may use generated images for commercial purposes related to your landscape business.

The LandscapeLook name, logo, and Service are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated mockups are artistic visualizations and should not be considered as architectural plans, engineering documents, or guarantees of how a completed project will look. The generated images are for presentation purposes only. Users should consult with qualified professionals for actual landscape implementation.

8. Limitation of Liability

LandscapeLook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
